I haven’t ever called the company but last week my mom and I were having vehicle trouble. We pulled off in Waynesboro Target parking lot and had the hood up and adding oil and trying to see what was up. We don’t know anything about vehicles lol one of your employees I think his name was Keaton seen us and stopped to see if there was anything he could do. He had a shirt that said premier diesel and drove a nice red jeep! He was so kind and made sure we were good and got his code reader out to see what was going on! He was so kind and pleasant and was a great relief to 2 ladies who had no idea what they were doing! I just wanted to give him a shoutout and a thank you for his kindness! Also, wanted to let his place of employment know that he is out there doing a good job when he wasn’t on the clock or getting paid! We didn’t have any cash or we would have tried to give him some! We really appreciated the help!

We recently had a driver break down in Virginia, and Premier Diesel went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The part we needed wasn’t something typically kept in stock, but their team spent hours doing the legwork—researching, locating, and securing the part. Thanks to their due diligence and determination, we were able to avoid a long delay and get our truck repaired much faster than expected.

Their professionalism, speed, and commitment to service were top-notch. I highly recommend Premier Diesel to anyone in need of roadside repair—whether for a single truck or an entire fleet. Outstanding service!

Jeff and his crew handle all our big truck needs at Martin Horn Inc in a fast and professional manner. In commercial construction with dump trucks and rolloff trucks it’s hard to have a truck down but with Premier Diesel we keep on trucking and get our jobs done. Thank you guys!

I was referred to Premier Diesel by a third party. I’m thankful for Jeff the owner for coming out assessing the problem quickly and fixing it in a timely manner. Jeff told me they were super busy today and even as the owner he was eager to come out and still get his hands dirty. As an owner operator it’s businesses like this you want to stay connected with in the future (not too near future).
